While we strive for extreme accuracy and implement multi-agent verification (Analyst and Auditor agents), all insights, projections, and drafted decisions should be verified by competent personnel before final business execution.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, passwords, and connected API/database credentials. You agree to immediately notify growthrush.ai of any unauthorized use of your account or security breaches.
The website design, assets, original logos, dashboard components, semantic layers, and agent orchestration structures are the intellectual property of growthrush.ai. Your business databases, custom SOPs, and metrics definitions remain solely your property.
In no event shall growthrush.ai, its developers, or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the platform services, even if notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
